Deputy Director of Communications, Headquarters Air Education and Training Command
Colonel M. Clarke Englund is the Deputy Director of Communications, HQ Air Education and Training Command, Randolph AFB, Texas. As deputy director, he is responsible for providing major command policy, guidance, and resource allocation for all communications and information systems and services. Colonel Englund is also the deputy chief information officer (CIO) for the command. As such, he plans and develops CIO policies, in addition to policies for software, hardware, audiovisual, video teleconferencing, and computer networking. Additionally, he serves as the Freedom of Information Act Denial Authority for the command.
Colonel Englund entered the Air Force in 1981 as a graduate of the Reserve Officer Training Corps, at Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana.

Executive Vice President
Steven Hennessy, Colonel, USAF Colonel Steve Hennessy is the Commander of the 26th Network Operations Group (26 NOG), Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
The Group is a cornerstone unit of the 67th Network Warfare Wing, America's first operational wing dedicated to flying, fighting, and winning in cyberspace. The 26 NOG secures the network battlespace as part of Air Force Network Operations (AFNetOps), providing battlespace awareness and defense of Air Force enterprise networks. Colonel Hennessy entered the Air Force in 1984 after graduating from Texas A&M University. He is a career Communications Officer and has served in seven major commands at both base and staff level. |

Karin Grace is the Alamo Chapter Secretary. Karin works for Hewlett Packard as an Enterprise Account Manager where she is responsible for all Air Force accounts in the Southwest region of the country. She has been in this position for eight years now, and has over ten years in the IT industry. Karin is married and has four children. |

Senior Program Manager, CPSG/ZXM
Karl Kabanek is the previous president of the Alamo Chapter, a position he held for two years. He has been an active member in the Chapter for nearly ten years. Karl works for L-3 Communications Titan Group as the Senior Program Manager, Cryptographic Modernization Program Office where he manages the Advanced Common Crypto program. Karl retired from the Air Force in 1996 and since then has held various contractor positions supporting the Air Force and Army and San Antonio. Karl is married and has four children. |

Air Force Operations Director, The CENTECH Group
Dennis Garrison is the Vice President of Membership for the Alamo Chapter. Dennis is the Southwest Operations Director for CENTECH responsible for operations and business growth within the region. Dennis retired from the Air Force after serving for 30 years; 18 years overseas in various assignments. Dennis is married and has two children. |

Toncie Roberson is the Vice President of Programs for the Alamo Chapter. Toncie is the president and owner of T. L. Roberson Event Planning Consultants providing event planning services to commercial companies, government and non-profit organizations. Prior to her current role, Toncie spent 22 years in the Air Force in the communications-computer career field. She held a variety of communications positions, including an assignment on the Joint Staff, USTRANSCOM staff, Defense Intelligence Agency and the Air Staff. She is married and has five children. |

Marvell Roberson
Marvell is the Vice President, Corporate Sponsorship for the Alamo Chapter. Marvell is the President and owner of Roberson Enterprises, a full-spectrum Information Technology Consultant operation. Prior to his current role, Marvell spent 26-years in the Air Force in the Communications-Computer career field. He held a variety of executive leadership positions, including an assignment on the Joint Staff (J-3), Defense Information Systems Agency, Commander of the 375th Computer Systems Squadron at Air Mobility Command, and Director of Communications for the Air Force Information Warfare Center. He is married and has five children. |

Lisa is a career federal employee, having worked for the Department of Labor, Department of Energy and several Air Force installations. She has diverse work experience with government (federal and state) and public sectors, ranging from communications and information, education, program/project management to technical writing. Currently, she is a communications and information career broadener working in the Information Assurance career field. Lisa is married and has traveled with her active duty husband throughout the Air Force. They are the proud parents of two grown sons and two grandchildren. |
