Registration Information
The conference will be held in San Antonio, April 21-23, 2008. The event begins with a reception Monday, April 21 at 6:00 pm, and concludes at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, April 23.
To qualify for the early registration discount, registration and payment must be received by March 21, 2008. Online registration ends Friday, April 11, 2008. Onsite registration will be available beginning Monday, April 21, at Noon.
Individual Registration
Individual registration fees and the ability to register online will be available in January. Fiesta Informacion registration includes access to all ticketed functions (including the river parade, welcome reception and all keynote luncheons). Business Development Day registration is separate. FI attendees will receive a $100 discount off the event registration fee.

Substitution / Cancellation Policy
Substitutions and cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or mail. No substitutions or cancellations will be taken by phone. Cancellations must be received prior to March 28, or the conference registration fee will be forfeited. Substitutions must be received prior to the online registration deadline, April 11 or a letter from the original registrant may be provided at onsite conference registration starting Monday, April 21, at Noon.
1556 Registration (Govt only)
Register all individuals from your organization in one convenient step. The $4000 fee includes admission to all sessions and the tradeshow floor for anyone from the organization wishing to attend. Your unit/division will also receive one complimentary 10x10 exhibit space (inclusive of a skirted table, 2 chairs and carpeting). Additionally, you will receive 5 tickets to each keynote luncheon (Tues & Wed), and 5 tickets to the Opening Reception and River Parade to distribute as you choose. You must reserve your room directly with the Marriott Riverwalk Hotel no later than March 18, 2008. We encourage you to call promptly, since rooms are subject to availability. You will be required to provide a credit card to secure your reservation.
