Exclusive sponsorship of the Internet Café and Exhibit Hall will provide your company excellent visibility throughout the exhibit hall. You'll receive all the benefits of a Platinum Sponsor, in addition to the Café Sponsorship. For this sponsorship level you will also receive a 20x20 booth space in the center of the exhibit floor where all convention attendees may come to obtain access to the Internet and e-mail during the conference. You may set-up your exhibit in this space as well. Prominent signage will be displayed throughout the exhibit hall identifying your company as the exclusive sponsor of the café and E-Hall. Additional recognition will be provided on the conference web site, as well as in the Conference Guide. The AFCEA Board will have final approval on the Internet Café floor plan. LUNCHEONS

Sponsorship of one of two main conference events - Tuesday or Wednesday - provides special recognition for your company. You'll receive all the benefits of a Platinum Sponsor, in addition to the Luncheon Sponsorship. For this sponsorship level you will receive six complimentary luncheon tickets, and a senior representative from your company will be invited to sit at the VIP table and share in the introduction or thank-you for the luncheon program. Additionally, a banner in the luncheon area will be prominently displayed. You may also provide corporate give-a-ways to each luncheon attendee. In order for AFCEA-AC to provide the benefits of this level of sponsorship in a timely manner, the commitment deadline is March 15, 2008.
