Event Sponsorships

PLATINUM LEVEL

Any combination of sponsorships totaling $10,000 or more

Entitles sponsor to one complimentary 8’x10’ exhibit space and two complimentary conference registrations. (Note: the exhibit space may be exchanged for 2 additional complimentary conference registrations if preferred).  Sponsor will also receive a four-color, half-page ad in the conference program, banner ad on the conference web site with hotlink to corporate homepage, company logo on conference web site and printed materials, and luncheon head-table recognition, an additional value of $3100.

GOLD LEVEL 

Any combination of sponsorships totaling $5000 - $9,999

Entitles sponsor to three complimentary conference registrations, a four-color, quarter page ad in the conference program, company logo on conference web site and printed materials, an additional value of $1500.

SILVER LEVEL

Any combination of sponsorships totaling $2,500 - $4,999

Entitles sponsor to two complimentary conference registrations, company logo on conference web site, and company listing in printed materials, an additional value of $850.

BRONZE LEVEL

Any combination of sponsorships totaling $1000 - $2,499

Entitles sponsor to one complimentary conference registration, company listing on conference web site and printed materials, an additional value of $425.

Additional Conference Registrations
Sponsors may register and pay for unlimited additional attendees at published registration rates.

Recognition
All sponsors will be acknowledged in the conference program for their generous support of AACS.  Sponsors will be individually recognized during general sessions throughout the conference, featured on signage prominently displayed at the conference, receive a sponsor ribbon for corporate representatives, and receive recognition in pre- and post-conference publicity. 

Conference Participant List
This list of influential decision-makers will be made available to all sponsors.  Sponsors and Exhibitors will receive the list of current registrants in time to alert participants of special events, booth numbers, etc.

Door Prizes
Sponsors may provide a door prize that will be given away in drawings at scheduled times during the conference (general sessions, meals, etc.)
