A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before October 28, 2019. No refunds will be granted after October 28, 2019. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant at No cancellations will be taken by phone. Attendees that do not provide written notification of cancellation and do not attend the event will be responsible for the full registration fee.


Substitute attendees may be named prior to November 14 or during onsite registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant at No substitutions will be taken by phone.
