You’ve registered your sponsorship/booth, now register your attendees! All sponsors and exhibitors must register both paid and complimentary conference attendees online prior to October 22, 2018. Please refer to the sponsorship levels page on the AACE website to see the number of complimentary registrations included in your chosen sponsorship level. Non-sponsoring organizations who are exhibiting receive two complimentary full conference passes. Additional sponsor/exhibitor passes may be purchased for $325.
The negotiated room rate of $185 at the La Cantera Resort & Spa will expire Friday October 12, and availability is limited. If you have not yet made your hotel reservations, please use the button below to reserve your room or call 855-499-2960 and reference the AFCEA ACE Chapter Event.
*There are also several hotel brands that offer various USG/DoD rates within a short drive at the San Antonio RIM complex, 1-2 miles from La Cantera.
You do not want to miss one of the conference’s most valuable networking opportunities! Spots are available for players and teams for the annual AACE golf tournament on Monday, November 5, 2018. There will be a duel shotgun start at 12:00 pm on the resort’s two scenic courses.
If you plan to ship something that will need to be processed by AFCEA management (packet inserts, etc.), please ship the items directly to the hotel to arrive no earlier than Wednesday, October 31 and no later than Friday, November 2.

If you are exhibiting at the event, please refer to the e-kit for all relevant information and make note of the below exhibitor schedule.
Each 8' x 10' booth will be set with a 6' skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket. The exhibit area is carpeted. Booths also include basic wireless internet. If you need a dedicated internet connection, please order directly through the e-Kit on page 90. For other AV needs and power, view page 93. Upon check-in, you will receive one handheld lead scanner, as a benefit of your exhibit booth. Additional scanners will be available for rent at the registration desk.
Exhibitor move-in: Monday, November 5; 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Exhibit hours: Tuesday, November 6; 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. & Wednesday, November 7; 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Exhibitor move-out: Wednesday, November 7; 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
