Cancellations

A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before October 15, 2018. No refunds will be granted after October 15, 2018. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant at info@alamoafcea.org. No cancellations will be taken by phone. Attendees that do not provide written notification of cancellation and do not attend the event will be responsible for the full registration fee.

Substitutions

Substitute attendees may be named prior to November 1 or during onsite registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant at info@alamoafcea.org. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
